The plain facts about how our prints are made, framed and delivered.
What are the prints made on?
Archival matte paper, 250gsm (110lb), acid-free and FSC-certified, off-white and uncoated. They are printed with archival pigment inks, so colour holds for decades. Each print has a narrow white border that keeps the painting's own proportions.
What sizes are available?
Prints start at 20x25 cm (8x10 in) and 40x50 cm (16x20 in). Selected works are also available at 60x80 cm (24x32 in).
What frames do you offer?
Black, white or wood. Frames are solid oak or ash, 20mm thick, with shatterproof protective glazing. They arrive ready to hang with a hanging kit included. Prints can also be bought unframed for your own frame.
How are unframed prints delivered?
Smaller sizes ship flat. Larger sizes ship rolled in a protective tube.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free, worldwide, on every order. There is no minimum and no surcharge for framed prints.
How long does delivery take?
Each print is made to order, and production takes 2-4 working days. After that, delivery takes 2-4 working days to the UK, 3-6 to Ireland and Europe, 4-8 to the USA and Canada, and 5-10 to Australia and New Zealand. You receive a tracking link when your order ships.
Where are the prints made?
Your order goes to the production partner nearest you, in the UK, Europe, North America or Australia. A print ordered in Toronto does not travel from Glasgow.
What if my print arrives damaged or wrong?
We replace it. No return is needed. Send a photograph of the print and the packaging within 30 days of delivery, and a new one goes into production the same day at no cost to you. The same applies to the wrong print, size or frame. See Returns.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Every print is made to order, so a returned print cannot be restocked. If you ordered the wrong size or frame and it has not yet gone into production, write to us straight away and we will change or cancel it.
Will I pay customs charges?
Orders are produced within the destination region wherever possible, so customs charges are unusual. Where they apply, they are the recipient's responsibility. See Shipping.
