If something arrives damaged or wrong
We replace it. No return needed, no argument. Send a photograph of the print and the packaging within 30 days of delivery and a new one goes into production the same day, at no cost to you.
The same applies if what arrives is the wrong print, the wrong size or the wrong frame.
If you change your mind
Every print is made to order, so we cannot restock a returned one. If you have ordered the wrong size or frame and it has not yet gone into production, write to us straight away and we will change or cancel it.
If it has already been made, tell us anyway. We would rather hear from you than have you keep something you are unhappy with, and we will do what we reasonably can.

Nothing here limits your rights under UK or EU consumer law.
