Terms of service

Who we are

Buy Scottish Art is a sole trader based in Dublin, Ireland. Contact: buyscottishart@gmail.com.

Using this site

By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms and our Shipping, Refund and Privacy policies. You must not scrape the site, interfere with its security, or copy its content or images without our written permission.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or suspected fraud, and if we do we will refund you in full.

Production and delivery

Prints are made to order by print partners in the regions we ship from. Delivery times are set out in our Shipping policy.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your market's currency and are final at checkout. Shipping is free worldwide. Prices may change, but not for orders we have already confirmed.

Colour

Printed colour may differ slightly from what you see on screen.

Errors

If a description or price is wrong we may correct it, and we will check any affected order with you before dispatch.

Copyright

The content of this site belongs to Buy Scottish Art or its rights holders. Prints are for personal use and may not be reproduced for resale.

Reviews and messages

Reviews or other content you send us may be displayed and edited by us. Unlawful, abusive or misleading material is not permitted.

We are not responsible for external sites or tools linked from this site.

Personal data

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss and for interruptions to the site. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, such as negligence causing death or personal injury, or fraud.

Your rights

These terms do not affect your consumer rights under Irish and EU law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2022, or any mandatory protections where you live.

Governing law

Irish law applies and the Irish courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.

Changes

We post updated terms on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
